Membership with Alliance for the Wild Rockies

By joining Alliance for the Wild Rockies you will become a part of one of the most effective grassroots networks. We are thousands of individuals, business owners, and organizations taking a comprehensive approach to protect and restore the Wild Rockies Bioregion. The Wild Rockies Bioregion includes the five-state region of Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, eastern Oregon and Washington, and the two provinces of British Columbia and Alberta.

A cornerstone of AWR's strategy in saving the Wild Rockies' wildlands is "Strength in Numbers." Throughout this region and across the nation, concerned citizens demonstrate a clear commitment to protecting our remaining forests, rivers, and native wildlife. AWR provides a venue for these different voices to unite as one voice. In so doing, we create a presence that can't be ignored by decision-makers. The members and board of directors of AWR invite you to become a part of our Strength in Numbers team.

It only costs $25 a year to add your voice to that of thousands of AWR members, and join this effective, grassroots organization devoted to securing the ecological integrity of our beloved wildland heritage in the northern Rockies. Your tax-deductible dues enable us to effectively implement our campaigns and programs working on behalf of the grizzly bear, bull trout, habitat and you.

AWR membership includes our quarterly journal, The Wild Rockies Networker, periodic issue alerts, access to our Ecosystem Defense library, and other valuable services. With a membership contribution of $50 or more we will send you either an AWR t-shirt or full color poster by artist Gary Larson. Please make a note indicating your choice of t-shirt or poster on your membership application.

AWR is classified by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your gift to the Alliance is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law and supports our aggressive, grassroots campaigns and programs. AWR does not share names and addresses of our members.
